hurm.....still no job but just went to the job fair earlier this week. Been thinking more and more that I'd really like to try working for myself either with programming or even learn a trade and try that. The more i interview the more it feels like companies just want someone they can immediately throw into a position....not someone they are willing to work with and mold into the person they need. I wanna work somewhere where the people are actually happy to teach me new things and share what they already know......I guess the only way to really secure your job these days though is to make sure you're the only one that has the knowledge necessary for it.

kind of bums me out more people aren't willing to just trade knowledge and ideas for the sake of sharing.......i miss the happy fun programming sessions with other people
